Sunriver Community Gardens Governance 
Good governance that is aligned to our core values is critical to the long term success of the garden. The Sunriver Community Gardens is registered under the BC Societies Act incorporation number S0074156 and here are the bylaws. 

Our current council is:
  • President / Chairperson - Jill Hickson
  • Secretary - Elizabeth Ford
  • Plot Registrar - Louise Parkinson 
  • Treasurer - Jackie Eastgaard
  • Garden Maintenance - Chris Borysiak 
  • Members at Large - Val Ross, Janet Clarke, Michel Desjardins

Board Minutes and Meetings
Please contact us if you would like to view minutes or attend one of our meetings. Meetings are held monthly from March - May and August - November. 

AGM is hosted in December and members will be notified of the date and location at least 30 days in advance once the financial report is audited.
